Moonquake is an action arcade game for 1 or 2 players. The game was written in 1992 for Acorn/RISC OS computers and published in December of that year on the cover disk of Archimedes World.
Moonquake's gameplay style is similar to Bomberman. You are clearing rockfalls on a moon base after a quake, while avoiding the scrambled security robots, and trying not to damage the critical atomic power generators.
After proving quite popular, Moonquake spawned a sequel - Marsquake.
David Sharp has converted Moonquake to run on Nintendo's GameBoy Advance. See here for details. |
